Hong Sau Guided Meditation
The Hong Sau meditation technique is an excellent way to start meditation for beginners. The Hong Sau method uses a mantra and finger technique to deepen concentration. This ancient mantra can be interpreted to mean “Hong” I am “Sau” Spirit. It’s a method taught by Paramahansa Yogananda. Enjoy an introduction to Hong-Sau in this teaching video with Shirley Archer.
